This is an interesting buzz word, and after a little research I see a pattern that just boils do to good nutrition. Just one problem to Western nutrition is that we do not eat high quality food. Therefore, we need to supplement our nutrition requirements with vitamins.

I am going to start this process and see if it makes a difference in my mental capacity. The first and most important one to start is Vitamin D3. Mainly because most people do not get enough in our diet nor enough sunlight to make enough.
