Red Pork Recipe

I had people that have tried my Red Pork ask me how I made it. Well after years of hearing this, I decided to publish my recipe so that everyone and my kids could make it for themselves. I make this recipe about once to twice a year at home. It is easy to make and very delicious to eat.

One Package of Red Pork Mix

Four Tablespoons of Sweet Soy

Four Tablespoons of Oyster Sauce

Four Tablespoons of Hoisin Sauce

One large porkloin

First you will need to cut the pork loin into quarter inch pieces, make sure you rinse the loin thoroughly first. Then place the pork loin into a large mixing bowl and get ready to mix the sauces together. Place all the remaining ingredients in with the pork loin and mix by hand thoroughly. Once all the pork loin is evenly covered, you will cover the pork loin and place into the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Twenty-four hours later you can place the pork loin on a cookie sheet and place into the oven or on a grill. You will cook it at 350 degrees for twenty minutes. Once it is cooked you can serve it with rice or with another dish.
