Coronavirus: Good Grief!

Everyone seems to be in a panic about this virus. Yet the flu infects around 300,000 people every year and kills 30,000 people a year in the US alone. However, the media wants you to be freaked out about coronavirus. Really people? This is a replay from the H1N1 (Swine flu) drama that happened in the past. This virus is a non-issue compared to the flu. You don’t see governments close borders and such because of the flu.

If you are worried about coronavirus, then you should be even more terrified about the flu. The media is good at getting people in a uproar about non-issues. Best thing to do is get your immune system up to snuff.

Think about it. Outbreaks happen in winter months, and when people are not eating as healthy as they should be during the winter. For me, I increase my vitamin A, D3, C and Zinc uptake during these months. So far, I have only got sick for two days from a stomach virus, and I work in Healthcare where I am exposed to many sick patients everyday with flu and sorts.
